1. Sabudana Kheer (Fasting Dessert)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup soaked sabudana
  • 3 cups milk
  • ¼ cup sugar

Method
Boil milk, add soaked sabudana, cook until translucent, add sugar, cardamom, and dry fruits.

2. Singhare ke Aate ka Halwa (Vrat Sweet)

Singhare ke Aate ka Halwa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water chestnut flour (singhare ka atta)
  • ½ cup ghee
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 cups water

Method
Heat ghee, roast atta until golden, add water and sugar, stir till thick, and serve warm.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed dry fruits (dates, cashews, almonds)
  • 2 tbsp ghee

Method

Method
