Bollywood icon Sanjay Dutt, often fondly known as Sanju Baba, launched his first fine dining restaurant, Solaire, on 21 September 2025 at 7 pm.
The announcement and teaser were made earlier in September via Dutt’s Instagram – “I’ve eaten around the world. Now it’s my turn to plate it.”
