2. KONG POSH HARRISA
Harrisa is said to be 6000 years old dish. It makes you feel warm hence is good for winters. It takes around 18 hr. to be cooked. Raan (goat leg) is used in Harrisa. At King Posh Harrisa they serve it on a plate then ghee is poured on it then methi, at last mutton kabab and they only made it for six months.

It is a hot traditional Kashmiri tea. It is prepared in Samovar (a brass kettle) with a central cavity for hot coal to boil water and ingredients. Ingredients include Kashmiri green tea leaves, saffron, cardamom, cinnamon, almonds and rose petals etc.
