Indian food is fully packed with textures, flavored, colors, and lots of spices. However, MasterChef Australia judges couldn’t deny that Indian food’s aroma and flavor are different from others. In Season 13 of MasterChef Australia, contestant Depinder Chhibber’s traditional Indian meal stole the hearts of judges in the latest episode. The pickle prepared by her was her grandmother’s recipe, accompanied by kadhai paneer, fried rice, and fried okra chips.

MasterChef Australia judges Melissa Leong, Jock Zonfrillo, and Andy Allen, when tasted the dishes prepared by Depinder, were mind blown with the flavors. They all were impressed, and Jock gave a high five. He was very much impressed by how Depinder cooked the capsicums and onions as both were crunchy till the end. The judges liked the thickness of chickpea curry and the flavors of pickles .all the judges suggested she should open a restaurant and serve such dishes to everyone. She
received a huge round of applause from all contestants and from all three judges.

She is a 29-year-old pharmacist born in New Delhi and moved to Australia at the age of 11. She loves cooking desserts and pastry and is a self-taught baker. She cooked many other dishes in MasterChef Australia, counting Tandoori Chicken, Fried Chicken, Chicken Biryani, Mango chilli Gaze and Ghevar with Carrot Serbet.
