He is a Famous American Travel & Food Blogger, Vlogger, YouTube Personality, TV host and a Businessman in Bangkok. He is known for his keen approach to exploring different cuisines and his love for spicy food. He started his YouTube Channel in 2009 and currently having 11.2 Million subscribers and 1.5 K videos, he uploads 2 videos per week.

PHED MARK :

It is A Thai Restaurant in Thailand. The Name is a play on Phed Mark, Phed represents the word Spicy (In Thai Language) and Mark from Wein’s first name and also mark means very much.

He started this restaurant with his 3 friends in 2019:

Tan (a self proclaimed Bangkok eating specialist) with 114k followers and 3120 post on Instagram.
Cheff Gigg (The Winner Of Iron Chef Champion Thailand 2015, Top Chef Thailand, Maggi Ambassador) with 43.7k followers and 5199 post on Instagram.
Pongtap Anurat ( A Thai Actor) with 38.7k followers and 7773 post on Instagram.

Idea of this business came into existance when a deadlock situation took place when one day they had a discussion about where the best Pad Kaprao is served in Bangkok. They didn’t came to any conclusion but one thing they got is an excellent Business idea. That day they decided let’s start a restaurant where we’ll serve the best Pad Kaprao in Thailand.

PAD KAPRAO :

It is the most popular dish in Thailand. You’ll get this easily available in almost every food stall in Thailand. It’s a stir fry combining holy basil, minced meat, garlic & chillies served on rice, with a fried egg on top of it. You can choose between beef, pork, thai sour sausage, wagyu beef and squid. Thai people consume it in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. This restaurant is not only for nonveg lovers but it serves veg also.

At Phed Mark People come and wait for their order just to have an amazing Pad Caprao to satisfy their hunger.

At Phed Mark there are 5 levels of spiciness :
LEVEL 1 : Non Spicy ( 1 Yellow Chilli )
LEVEL 2 : Very Less Spicy ( 2 red chillies )
LEVEL 3 : Less Spicy ( 3 red chillies )
LEVEL 4 : Medium Spicy ( 4 red chillies )
LEVEL 5 : Very Spicy ( 5 red chillies )
